Eligible / Target Organization
This program is designed for a national governmental office which is in charge of policy making of adaptation to Climate Change in respective countries.
* This program focuses on international framework and policy making in 2011, while it focuses on sectoral adaptation approaches in 2012 and 2013.

Program Objective
The system and actions for formulation or improvement of policy/measures on adaptation to Climate Change will be strengthened in participants’ organizations.
